I work on a team, and we all have access to and contribute to the development of our training courses. A few of the courses developed recently use Encode Sans font, and I noticed that when I open the course I am not alerted that I am missing any fonts, yet anything in Encode Sans is slightly lower than it should be. One of my coworkers sent me her Encode Sans font, I uninstalled mine, reinstalled hers, and it seemed to do the trick, correcting everything. Today, I opened a different file, and I am faced with the same issue. Any idea what may be causing this?
