When you use the "Exit course" trigger, you may find that it doesn't function as expected in your published course. See this article for reasons and solutions.
Hi, I see the conversation is 2y old. Is there any update in Rise 360 that provides a function/block to end the course and to get the learner at the start, instead of finishing the training with the last "thank you" screen and no other options?
When you host your Rise 360 course in an LMS, it will always resume where the learner left off.
At the end of the course, the learner can start over by using the sidebar menu to go back to the first lesson. Depending on the LMS, you might be able to adjust a setting that will restart the course after completion.

Yes however it still will not work in my LMS?
Hi Mark,
Did you review the known reasons here why it may not work as expected?

It only works in one browser here and not the other (IE vs Chrome). Sorry I can't remember which is which, but that does occur for me as well.
Great tips as well Tracy and Matthew. Thanks for sharing.
