I've imported an Engage interaction into Storyline but the Engage is larger then the window and instead auto resizing it uses scroll bars. Is there a way to fix the window size? I've been looking every where, but no luck.
I would change the player settings in the Engage interaction to 'Scale player to fill browser window'. That will ensure that the Engage interaction fits into your Storyline web object (whatever its dimensions may be). Here is a quick test with two variations of an Engage interaction inside a Storyline web object. In slide 1, the Engage piece was published with settings locked at optimal size, which, if the Storyline web object is smaller will result in scroll bars. Slide 2 shows the same Engage piece and web object, but the Engage piece was published to scale to the available browser window, which results in NO scroll bars.
Thank you very much for the information and for going above and beyond by creating a demo for me!! So I feel like fool but I can't seem to locate the settings for this functionality.
Hi Mark, no problem at all. You'll find the publish settings in Engage in the Player Properties, under Other. I'm using Engage '13 ( not sure if the '09 dialog looks any different).
It looks like I need to make that change in Storyline... I could not find anything about Player Properties in the Engage application. But the info you provided worked in Storyline, so thank you again for all your help!
