I have published a project for web use and it worked fine on my computer as well as the eLearning manager's. But he it won't play the engagements on a computer with IE9. I have IE8. What are we doing wrong?
Are you referring to an Engage file that you've published separately? Or something (engagements = course?) you've built in Storyline? If the former, then you might want to post in the Engage forum for more visibility ... If the latter, then I'm not sure what the problem is because SL works fine with IE9 here. What actually happens when you launch the file/course?
The latter. I imported it into storyline. I can view it on my computer (IE 8) but not on computers with IE9. It plays everything else but when the engagements should play the screen is blank. The player menu is still there just nothing else.
