English to Hebrew Translation Problem

Nov 05, 2014

Hi! is there any of you guys encounter same problem with mine? I just translated my course from english to hebrew, I have successfully imported the translated hebrew document, but unfortunately after importing, the content is not translated to hebrew, instead this character below shows up as replacement of hebrew language:

-"ðáéèä äéà ëàùø äæøò îöîéç ùåøù äòìéåï. éùðï ãøëéí øáåú ëãé ìðáåè æøòéí, àê äãøê äôåôåìøéú áéåúø ììðáåè æøòéí îöéáä àú äæøò áéï îâáåú ðééø øèåáåú. æä àîåø ì÷çú áòøê 1-7 éîéí, ëì òåã äæøò ùìê éäéä îú, àå æ÷å÷ ìéåúø èéôåì."-

This problem is just for the content, because when I tried to translate the player to hebrew it works. I already configure the right to left option but still don't work.

Do I miss some process in translating to hebrew? Any help or suggestion is much appreciated.

By the way I'm using articulate storyline 2.

Thank you,

Poenapi

Thanks for that information, Sandy. I would recommend that you submit this issue to our Support Engineers since this is behavior that I've not seen before, especially in Storyline 360. You can reach out to the support team directly by way of this form, and if you don't mind sharing your case number with me, I can follow along there as well!

Hi Sandy,

Good news! We fixed the issue you reported where:

Hebrew text copied and pasted into the Word translation file using Google Translate or Word Translation feature does not import correctly into the slide.

Be sure to install the latest Storyline 360 update to take advantage of all the recent features and fixes.

If the problem happens again, please record a Peek 360 screencast for me, and I'll be happy to help or you can always work directly with our support engineers here.
