You have the option to publish to SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 within Storyline. How you publish would be dependent on what is required/compatible of your LMS.
I'd recommend that you check out this article to understand what Storyline sends to the LMS, noting that if you wish to send question text to your LMS, you would publish for SCORM 2004 or Tin Can API. Another notable difference that comes up in the forums is Suspend Data Limits and you can check that out here.
