I just started using Storyline and am having an issue with it. I can record a screen (full page) of a technical process we are training. When we bring it over to our LMS, the screen is very small and barely readable. I have traied the zoom in options but that ends up cutting half the screen off and does not enlarge whatsoever. Anyone have any suggestions?
Also, what browser are you using to view the course once it's been uploaded to the LMS? Have you tried viewing the course in a different web browser?
You may want to try uploading the course to Tempshare, or even SCORM Cloud and see if you experience the same issues when viewing the course. Does the same thing happen if you use one of those servers to host the content? If not, it may be an issue with the LMS.
