Enlarged Special Characters from Foreign Languages
Jan 17, 2018
I recently had an Ethics course localized by an outside vendor. When they returned the course to me after being translated, there were a few slides where the special characters in foreign languages (i.e. Polish, French, Portuguese) were drastically enlarged.
The vendor reported that the files did not look like that on their end, but rather became construed when we opened the files. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Can anyone offer advice or a fix?
We will be localizing many more courses in the future as we are a global organization and these fixes take WAY too much time to do individually. I've attached a photo for reference.

Thanks for the screenshot, Jenna. I haven't seen this happen before, so I'm glad you reached out.
I'm wondering if the font you're using doesn't have the special characters needed, so it's replacing the characters with a different font.
Have you tried changing the font of the entire text box? Do you notice a change then?
