Almost all the slides in my course have audio, and the course is bookmarking the slides only if the learner is completing the audio on the slide. This course is uploaded to a company LMS which is custom built. I couldn't replicate this problem on SCORM Cloud. Is there are solution? This is a CPE/NASBA certified course and hence it has to be kept on that LMS. What are some changes that I can do? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
If the issue isn't reproducible in SCORM Cloud, you'll want to check what the custom LMS is using to determine that a slide has been visited. If the learner needs to listen to the entire audio, you may need to modify your course navigation a bit using a method such as the one described here.
