Hi Salau. Thanks for sharing that screenshot, and I'm really sorry you're seeing that notice!
The "Unable to acquire LMS API" error you see may be the result of a particular Java version installed on your device. Some LMS' use a Java API object to load content. Since content created in Articulate does not require Java, we recommend these next steps:
Contact your LMS provider and ensure that your installed version of Java is compatible with the version of the LMS you are using
If this issue persists, look at setting your course content to open in a new window (you'll find this within the player settings).
If you checked into those settings and are still running into that error, could you share your .story file with me? I'd like to test your course on SCORM Cloud (a handy, industry standard LMS testing tool) to see how it behaves in another LMS environment.
If you're viewing published output locally vs. uploading to your LMS that could also explain why you're seeing an error message when trying to access it. If you're not ready to upload to your live environment, take a look at SCORM Cloud as Katie mentioned.
