Error: API not found

Hi,
We have developed a course with Storyline 3 and published it as SCORM 1.2. The course progress is tracked properly until user reaches a particular slide, after that the course only resumes from this same slide. Moreover, the course cannot be completed (not added to learning history in LMS). The error is: API not found (see attached).
We have tested the SCORM with https://cloud.scorm.com/sc/guest/SignUpForm and it worked fine there.
Could this be the problem with LMS or SCORM?

Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing as well as the troubleshooting you have done.
We typically advise testing LMS issues in another environment, such as SCORM Cloud, just as you've done. They help determine if the issue lies within the LMS or the project file. Since you are unable to replicate the error in SCORM Cloud, that points towards an LMS issue.
It sounds like you may be hitting suspend data limits. How do you have the tracking set for your course?

We have set the tracking with Player >> Other >> Resume – On restart: Prompt to resume.
The course includes 77 slides, so this cannot be the problem, can it?
