Hi Erwin,

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you've run into. It seems that the steps documented from the Windows side of things indicate it may be a security issue as well and you may want to look at updating with any Windows updates that are lingering as well. Here is an article on how to check for those based on a recent issue with a Flash update and Storyline. You'll also see that as a part of our system requirements the .Net 4.0 will be installed automatically if it doesn't already exist, so if you're still having difficulty I'd defer to your IT to assist with installing it.
