Error - Course won't start (already published on LML)
Oct 04, 2013
Hello,
I recently rolled out an e-course with Storyline to be viewed in many parts of the world and available through our LML. However, some colleagues in Asia are having trouble accessing the course and are reporting the following error:
Error while processing page(viewer.aspx):
Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.

They tried several different browsers and are still experiencing the same error.
Any ideas on why this would be happening/ how I could address this?
Thanks,
Mariana

Hi Mariana,
That's an error message I haven't seen before, so I think it would be best that you connect with our Support team and share a link to your published output so that they're able to test it as well.
Thank you Ashley,
I currently have the LMS team working on it and they believe it may have something to do with the participant registering twice on our system. However, if that proves not to be the case, I will be happy to contact the support team.
Thank you for pointing out that alternative!
Mariana
Thanks for the update Mariana, and if we can help out just let us know!
