In a previous post, I asked about an error in the interactivity of a few buttons on the interactions importadades Stoline from Engage13. I was reviewing the matter further, and discovered that when I post the final presentation, and establish the "Player Size" in "Scale player to fill browser window" buttons interactions (as close buttons, select tab and others) lose area of sensitivity. Unconfigures completely. This does not happen when I set the player to "Lock player at optimal size" mode. Can you help with this? I need your urgent response.
I'm not sure I understand the set up you're describing - are those the Engage and Storyline settings? Is Storyline or your Engage web object losing the ability to click? Possibly could you share a copy here of how the course is misbehaving?
