Hi Salomé, thanks for letting us know the output imported correctly into SCORM Cloud. That's usually the first thing we recommend trying, so you're one step ahead of me!
We find the solution: my colleague did not specify in SuccessFactors what are the condition to considere the course complete. We don't know where the two errors came from but everything is working just by ignoring those.
For other heroes working with the same LMS: I keep thinking these errors come from SuccessFactors (I did not have such problem neither on Scorm Cloud or Moodle).
Hi, we are having the same problem, and I'm not sure what you mean in your answer "my colleague did not specify in SuccessFactors what are the condition to considere the course complete" Can you please clarify?
I'm not sure if Salome is still subscribed here, as the post is a bit older - but you could always use the "contact me" button on a ELH users' profile to reach out to them directly! Best of luck with your project!
I'm not clear on what piece you'd like us to address? Perhaps you can share a bit more about what issue you've run into with Articulate and SuccessFactors? It seems in Salome's case, they needed to change settings in SuccessFactors to resolve it.
Hey Alice! When you upload a SCORM in SuccessFactors, it seems that at a certain point you have to specify the condition to considere the course as completed/passed. (passed score, etc.) Regarding the parser and manifest errors, we just ignore it, we have it everytime we upload a course without knowing why.

Have you had a chance to reach out to the SuccessFactors support team? Keep us posted on what you find out!
Hi Alyssa!
Unfortunately I can not speak directly with SuccessFactors, the IT service does it, but I wanted to be sure that I did everthing I could.
You're right on track, Salomé! Testing in SCORM Cloud is the best way to troubleshoot LMS issues. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Thanks for the update, Salomé! Glad you found the culprit. ☺️

We have seen this issue in several other clients. Has Articulate addressed this in their interactions with SuccessFactors?
