Error in media library

Hi. I am having trouble reusing a graphic from the media library. The problem is able to be replicated consistently.

1. Rename a layer (which automatically updates a layer calling the renamed layer-nice feature Storyline developers!)

2. Enter renamed layer, try to replace a graphic with a graphic from my media file and then the system freezes. I noticed that the graphic I wanted was duplicated in the media file even though I had only recently put it there and it had only been used once.

Attached is a screen shot.

I can call the graphic from my source file so it's not a show stopper for me but I thought you might want to know there appears to be a bit of a bug.

Hi Sylvia,

Thank you for sharing what you are experiencing with your media library images in your project.

I followed the steps that you've shared here, but I am unable to reproduce the issue.

I'm curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?

If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise you to import the file into a new one and proceed.
If it's happening in any/all files, you should conduct a repair of your software.
