I was able to see the error on the course you mentioned as well:

It looks like that is coming from your LMS.

Are you zipping the content from the Publish Successful dialog box or manually prior to uploading to your LMS? 

With your permission, I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.

Hi George!

While I don't have a solution to share from Luiz's scenario at this time, we're happy to keep digging! A few questions to help us determine next steps: 

  • What browser(s) are you using to view the course?
  • What LMS are you using?
  • Does this affect the reporting in the LMS?

And if we can have permission to troubleshoot your .story file, that would be gold! I'll publish the course on my end and test it in SCORM Cloud–a free, industry-standard testing LMS tool!
