Error message

I keep getting this error message when I open an articulate file.  I had this to happen about 6-8 months ago and then it just stopped.  Today is happened again.  Here is what I get when I click get information:

I haven't come across this message as of yet, so I'm glad you reached out!

First, let's make sure that you're working on a local hard drive, as that can cause strange behavior.

If that checks out, are you comfortable with sharing a troublesome file? It'll help us investigate the error, and we'll delete it from our machines after.
