Error message

Has anyone seen this error message?

The project file could not be saved.  Can not access a closed stream.

Hi Christine,

Thanks for writing in!

We've seen that error pop up when the course file isn't saved on a local hard drive. More on that here:

If you're already working locally, then importing the slides into a new Storyline project and re-saving should help. Here are the steps.
