Error message

Hi,  the attached error message has been displaying when I attempt to open my source file.  I am the only person who ever accesses these files.  I generally have to make a copy or rename the file to be able to open it.  Can anyone explain what this message means  and how I can prevent this from happening?  Thanks!

Sorry you ran into that error, Lynn! Do you happen to have that file saved on a network or shared drive?

Here are a few things you can try to get back up and running:

  • Save the file to your local hard drive.
  • Make a copy of the file on your local hard drive, and give it a new name. 
  • Import the slides into a new Storyline file.
