While using SCORM 1.2 to import to our LMS (CornerStone OnDemand) I am getting this error message:hexadecimal value 0x0b, is an invalid character. line 9, position 57
The LMS helpdesk informed me it must be fixed from my end but I do not understand the error. I've deleted and re-imported the document in Storyline but still getting the error.
Has anyone ever encountered this error? if so, how did you fix it?
Sorry to hear that you're running into an issue with this error. I've only seen this mentioned one previous time and it was related to the player and a particular course.
Curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?

If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed.
If it's happening in any/all files, you should certainly conduct a repair of your software.
