Error message on saving file: unknown block type stream might be corrupted

Hi,

It appears one of our files might have become corrupted, we keep getting the same error message when we try to save the articulate project file. Error message says "Unknown block type. Stream might be corrupted."

Does anyone know how to resolve this without us starting all over again?
