Error message when opening a .story file - "locked by another process" Dec 05, 2018 By Mary Yu Hi, Has anyone run across this error message when trying to open a file? "The project Storyline is locked by another process." What's the root cause and how do I fix it? By the way, I'm able to open my other .story files. Thanks, Mary
