Error message when publishing

Hi all,

I'm trying to publish a storyline file from 360 and I'm getting an error message saying that access to the path ".... - Storyline output\story_content\thumbnail.jpg is denied". I have published other files recently and it has worked. It seems to be a title screen thumbnail generated by Storyline by looking at other published courses but I don't know why the access would be denied.

Assistance would be appreciated

I have an identical problem.

Restarting Storyline does nothing to change the issue.

All attempts to publish other Story files – including those previously published successfully – result in the same error.

I've discovered that this can be resolved by making sure your antivirus (AVG in my case) is allowing the Storyline app

I am experiencing the same problem on 2 courses that I am trying to make some updates to, that were created in Storyline 2 or 3 in 2019. I am using Storyline 360 3.60.26947.0

I have tried importing the files into a new course, but all the slides do not come through properly. I have tried to remove the image from the course, but this does not help.
If I try to view the Media Library, the file will crash. I don't have trouble publishing any other courses.

Any ideas besides rebuilding the whole course from scratch?
