I have Articulate 2 installed on my laptop at work. It is a Windows 8.1 system. When trying to save my first project, I get the attached error message. Anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this?
Welcome to the community! I just want to make sure that you are working locally with all of your files. Also want to confirm you are using the latest update of Storyline found here.
Checked with IT and they say it is an error in the Storyline file. When I attempt to save the Storyline file to the C drive, I get a message saying I can't access the C drive, however there is no reason I can't according to IT. The version of Storyline I have I just downloaded last week.

If you cannot access your C drive, you may need to reach back out to your IT team. If you continue to have the saving error you shared above, and you are using the latest update of Storyline 2, you could reach out to our support team so they could get some specifics about the file itself.
Also, FYI, when you use the reply button in your email, your email signature will appear in these posts. you can use the Edit button to remove this.
I can access the C drive-I have to place the file in a folder first.
If I do that, I get a message from Articulate saying this cannot be saved. I have reached out to the Tech team at Articulate about this issue, but thought I would raise it here in case anyone else has had this problem.
