Error message with Content Library 360

Hi all,

I'm getting an error message when trying to insert a new slide using a template from the Content Library 360:

"The template download did not complete successfully. Please check your connection to Articulate 360 and try again"

I tried to turn off and on the WiFi, disconnect and reconnect, but still having the same error. Any idea what this could be due to?
