Error message with Content Library 360 Mar 30, 2020 By Anna Paschero Hi all, I'm getting an error message when trying to insert a new slide using a template from the Content Library 360: "The template download did not complete successfully. Please check your connection to Articulate 360 and try again" I tried to turn off and on the WiFi, disconnect and reconnect, but still having the same error. Any idea what this could be due to? Thanks for the help

It sounds like it may be an issue with network endpoints and this article should get you back up and running.
