Error message with trial version

Hi, I'm on a Mac. I downloaded a trial version of Parallels in order to run Articulate. Then I signed up for a free trial version of Articulate. When I go to open Articulate in Parallel, I get this error message;


And then a window pops up to say my free trial has expired. 

I didn't get to try out my free trial yet! What gives?

Hi Michael and welcome to Heroes! 

Have you installed Storyline using administrative privileges, as described here?  I don't run Parallels (no Mac) but there are some additional troubleshooting steps listed here for working in Parallels.  

If after confirming you've install Storyline using admin privileges and you've reviewed the Parallels specific notes, can you please connect with our Support team?
