Error msg when resuming a course

I'm getting an error message when resuming a course. The odd thing is that it only seems to happen if you've gotten as far as the first question slide in my presentation. We have multiple very similar courses running in our LMS and this is the only instance where we're seeing this problem.
Anyone have any ideas???

Have you had a chance to run the course in question through SCORM Cloud to see if you can duplicate the behavior there?
Good thought--I may try that just to do some further investigation.
We did just get it working. We had to delete three of our question slides and rebuild those three slides. They were just plain old multiple choice questions, so I"m not sure what would have gone wrong there.
