Error Occurring When Character State Changes

Hi,

i have added 2 characters in my storyline 360 and when their respective call outs appear their states need to change. However, when the state changes, the character size reduces and then enlarges to reflect the correct state. Why is this happening?

here is a video of what I see when the captions appear - I'm not seeing the reduce size/enlarge size of the characters when they change state.

Perhaps you can do a video of what you are seeing.

Did you see it in preview or published mode? I will record what I'm seeing and send it to you.

I previewed the module - where are you seeing the issue in preview or publish? If in preview - do you have your WIndows DPI set to 96DPI or for Windows 10 (100%). If that setting isn't correct you can sometimes see distortions/issues with objects on screen.
