I only have SL2 but never have seen this. Do you have a special character in your project title like &, é etc.? Do you save local or in a network? If network try local. I once had a very big storyline file and couldn´t create a word document because of too much "misspelling", but couldn´t fix it.

Hello Tash - I'm not familiar with that error. Any chance you could share your .story file so that I can see if I can reproduce?
