Error - unable to acquire LMS API

Hi guys,

I have an issue and I would like some help if possible please.
I can’t explain why on a MacPro and another MacBook and windows 10 everything works fine but on another MacBook if have the following error:

An error has occured:

Error - unable to acquire LMS API, content may not play properly and results may not be recorded.  Please contact technical support.

Press 'OK' to view debug information to send to technical support.

Debug window could not be opened, popup blocker in place?

I use Google and Safari and Articulate Storyline 3
