Has anyone experienced this error during upload: An error was detected: getzipFile(filename,uploadID,addXMLFilesOnly) error occured while retrieving the file from db
My client is uploading an AICC packcage created from Storyline 360 (of course one of the last ones of about 30 that I have done for them with no other issues) and they are receiving the above message. Nothing changed between packages all settings are the same, so not sure what is going on.
Hey Vanessa! Sorry to hear that your client is having an issue uploading to SuccessFactors. Have you tested uploading to SCORM Cloud to see if you experience a similar error or were you just wanting the community to chime in with their experience?
