Thanks for letting us know what's going on! Did you follow these steps when you published for LMS? When you get to this Publish Successful screen, did you select the Zip option?
Also, have you done any testing in SCORM Cloud yet? If so, are you getting the same error message? If so, could you please send a screenshot of the error message you're seeing?
