Error videos in layer when revisiting a second time

Hi all,
I am currently experiencing problems with playing videos in layers. Due to company sensitive information I am not allowed to share the file, so I will describe my problem below as best I can.
At my baselayer I have different buttons. When the user clicks at a button, he will go to the layer. At the start of the layer a video plays (automatically).After a few seconds this video disappears (time on the timeline) and a back button and a second video appears (play video when triggered). This second video plays when the user clicks on the back button.
When the second video completes, this layer hides.
The first time through this goes well. When the user clicks the button for the second time, the first video plays correctly. However, the second video shows the last screen of the video (instead of the start screen). The back button does appear and when the user clicks it, the second video plays just fine. (Jumps to the home screen and plays the video in the correct order).
I have set the layer to 'Reset to initial state'.
Does anyone recognize this problem? What can I do to solve it?

I'm not clear on the issue you are experiencing.
The both videos are on the same layer, but I also tired it with the videos on a separate layer. There I have the same problems.
I have recreated a similair situation (without company sensitive information). I have added this Storyline file.
So also in this file, the first time everything goes well. The second time the second video didn't work well.

Thanks for sharing this sample file! I experienced similar issues where revisiting the layer doesn't show the same behavior when you first go through the videos.
