All it shows is the error report window with a open field to describe what I was doing and the ability to send the report or skip. I am working locally on my computer.
I have followed all of the instructions in that link and I am still unable to preview or publish. Never tells me why it just prompts the error report window. I downloaded the cleanupbat and followed all of the steps, even right down to the flash re-installation. Not really sure what else to do. Every case I submit tells me to reinstall. I have now done that three times.
I see you have a support case open with Sam right now. I will keep an eye on this case for you to keep track of any updates in case anyone else has the same issue.
Hello, I just found this thread and I am having the same issue. I just downloaded a trial version and I posted a PowerPoint file. At first I did this on a virtual machine and preview did not work. There were no complete, published files so module would not run. So I moved to a windows machine downloaded articulate trial, and then uploaded a PowerPoint file. I am having the same issue in getting a preview error, and with the download. Is this a trial issue?
Please make sure that you do work locally with your courses. You may want to try and import this file into a new file as described here. If this does not resolve the issue, you can follow the steps here.
