I am just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem? When trying to copy any images from Google into Storyline 2, I get an error that says Articulate Storyline 2 has stopped working. I then have to close it and start again, often loosing the last 10 minutes of work.
I haven't seen this issue mentioned around the forums, and I didn't have any trouble copy/pasting an image from Google into a new Storyline 2 file. Is this happening in one file in particular, or in any Storyline file? If it's just the one file in particular, you may want to import the slides into a new Storyline project. You could also try saving the image from Google somewhere on your local hard drive, then use this method to add the image to your slide. And on that note, you'll want to make sure your Storyline file is also saved to your local hard drive, since working off of a network or USB drive can cause erratic behavior.
Its happening in any storyline file (but ony for me, not other user in office). Yeah it works when I save file and import it but this is a lot slower!
I was working off a shared drive as I have always done with no problems. Have tested from local drive and it is working fine so back to saving everything in two locations!
