Error when launching from Chrome, IE or Mozilla

I have a home user who can never open a Storyline course via our company's LMS. She's tried Chrome, IE and Mozilla (not sure which versions). She can get to the LMS, that address is on her trusted sites. But she gets an error message "APIAdapter. Your security settings have blocked an untrusted application from running." Any suggestions?

Here is some information on our system requirements for Viewing Storyline content.

It is likely that your user will need to update her security settings within the internet browser in order to allow the content to be viewed. If she is not sure what the specifics on her computer are, have her go here for information.
