Error when opening any file at all

Starting last Thursday, no one on my team can open any of our .story files. We all get the Articulate Storyline Error Report when we try to open any project. Even if we create a new project, we can't reopen it after closing it. Our license doesn't expire until March 14 but we're wondering if that could be the problem? Rolling back updates hasn't fixed it. Is this happening to anyone else??

PLEASE HELP. This is seriously impacting our productivity.
