Error when Publishing

Is anyone else experiencing an error when trying to Publish?

I can't publish anything unless I save what I am doing, close the file altogether, re-open it, then publish.

For some reason Storyline won't let me publish anything I am working on unless the file closes then opens again.

You mention that you cannot publish anything, so I assume this is happening across projects/files.

Are you using the latest update to Storyline 360, which is Update 18?

If you are on the latest update, be sure to conduct a repair of your software.
