Error when trying to access Articulate and any courses created

I cannot access Articulate Storyline - when I click on my icon I get the following error message:

Flash Player 10 or higher is needed to run Articulate Storyline

Hi Yolanda,

Adobe released Flash Player 16 on December 9, 2014 and, as a result, Articulate Storyline won’t open. Published content isn’t impacted.

To address this issue, we added support for Flash Player 16 in Update 3 for Storyline 2 and Update 8 of Storyline 1. To take advantage of the new features and fixes, install the latest version from the link in your product confirmation email or previously linked.

You'll also want to download the update for Replay as well.
