Error when trying to preview

Hello, when I try to preview, storyline freezes usually somewhere near the end of the progress bar. This happens with new files as well as old. I tried the repair process listed on this forum as well as uninstalling and reinstalling etc. And, the system administrator logged onto my machine and he was able to preview with no problem. It is only happening when I use my user account. I first experienced it when having multiple stories open at once and trying to preview. Since then, I have not been able to get past this. Also, when I try to open up the player Storyline also crashes. I have seen some other posts with similar problems, no solution has been posted and everyone has been referred to putting in a support ticket.

Does anyone or anyone having a similar problem know how to resolve this?
