We created a course published for AICC. The company we sent this to is receiving an error message when they load the content regarding this particular file.
Has anyone encountered this before that can offer a solution?
I haven't heard of an error with the .des file before nor have I heard of folks needing to edit/change it. Has you LMS team looked into it more than just that error? Are you able to publish with another method other than AICC such as SCORM 1.2, 2004 or Tin Can?
Possibly you may want to share which LMS you're using so that folks here in the community could weigh in if they're familiar with it and share some additional thoughts.
There are a number of Cornerstone users who also seem to congregate in this thread, you may want to reach out there or send one of them a message using the 'contact me' functionality.
