Hi I'm getting an error when publishing and previewing in SL 360. It is happening on all my courses (tested different files). I've shut down and restarted computer and SL. I have the latest update. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall? Or is there another way to fix this? I've sent an error report.
I've solved it now. Reinstalled and that didn't work either.
It appears it was an image the client gave me (png) that was corrupt and stopping it from publishing or previewing. Removing the image and replacing it by taking a photo of it on Snagit fixed the issue.
