Errors messages

Hi there,

I continuously receive errors messaging trying to reopen a saved document even with the latest version of articulate. Files cannot open because they are corrupt  because they were created in an earlier. 
Currently I am faced with an error stating it cannot access a disposed object. I’m don’t want to close the program since I worked on it for three hours. Any tips? 
Is it possible to speak with someone directly?
