Errors when opening a Storyline file

I recently published a SCORM 1.2 package for review in Articulate Review.  Now, when I try to go back in to open the file, I get an error message that says "The file "___________" is being used by another process or you do not have the proper security permission to access this course."  If I click OK and try to open the course again, I get an error telling me the file is either corrupt or saved on an old version of Storyline and cannot be opened.  However, when I go back into Articulate Review, it opens fine.  Is there a way to save this work?  Please tell me I don't have to create it from scratch...

This has happened to me too. I found that I need to save the file to my desktop, and it will open fine from there. Not in a folder on my desktop, just all by itself. I suggest you copy/paste it and see if it opens.
