Hi there,
I am looking for some help with adding an Essay Question to a slide in Storyline360. The presentation is a department wide meeting and I am wanting to use the Essay Question as a way for participants to submit questions for a Q&A at a later date.
Is there a way to have the question submitted go somewhere that will not show in the presentation? I can't seem to see any questions submitted at all anywhere and i do have triggers set up with a submit button.

Hi Maddie, in order to capture the data that is being entered into the Essay Question you would need a system that is capable of running SCORM or Experience API compatible courses. You can the configure the course so that the data is sent to the system and available for reporting.
Hi Maddie,
Sam's spot on here! Though it sounds like your "course" is being designed more for a presentation than an e-learning module.
Do you know how you're hosting your presentation? Are you publishing to the web?
If that's the case, you can embed a Google form that each attendee can submit. That way, you'll be emailed each response and can track for your Q&A later. While this is for Storyline 1, see if this video tutorial will work for you!
