Exam Grading Issue

Hello all!

It's been an experience so far, but I created the first exam my company has launched using Storyline (we're attempting to move away from a different program). We administered the test live this morning for the first time. I had a one off issue happen to a single student, where a question was marked as incorrect even though the student had chosen the correct answer. 

While this only happened to a single student, this error is horrifying as a student failing a retake exam (and not reporting a computer error to us) will end their career. I've attached two photos taken from two different student iPads, reflecting the same question. One iPad graded the question appropriately, and the other did not. 

Much less critical, after experiencing issues with the timer not appearing correctly, I attempted to hide the timer altogether so students couldn't see it. The time is hidden when this course was tested on a computer, however, the clock still displays on a mobile device even though I selected the option to hide the timer all together. I understand others have reported issues with the timer not displaying correctly, but I hadn't read abut anyone not being able to hide it on mobile.

Any advice that anyone has about the exam question (or the timer, even though that's far less important) is greatly appreciated as I need this software to report tests reliably if we intend to continue using it.
