I have created an exam and set the length to 120 minutes but it keeps timing out at 45 minutes. In the LMS (Moodle) there are no options to adjust the time with a SCORM package.
This is kind of an panic situation as it seems to have been working fine.
I'm happy to help! It looks like a quick fix. The timer on the Results Slide is set to 45 minutes. If you're allowing 120 minutes, then you'll want to change the current allotted time.
Great. I see that now. I set the time only when I published it. It is my understanding that the time is only active time and if the user goes to another browser the timing stops. Is there a way to have it set to straight time? If they go away from the screen the time keeps going?
This would actually be a setting in your LMS to restrict the user from going into another browser window. I'd recommend reaching out to Moodle to see what the options are!
