Exception during import powerpoint

Good day elearning heroes:

Today when I am importing the ppt slides into the storyline 360, I got the Exception during Import PPT message (after selecting several slides to import, see the screenshot below)

I checked the previous thread on the same issue and did the following:

1. moved both storyline file and the ppt file to the local hard drive

2. tried to import several slides as a group (the import works for some slides but not all. The slides that cannot be imported have checkmarks as the bullet point symbol.)

Is there any known solution for this behavior? I am currently copying the slides that cannot be imported to the storyline file seperately but there are many so a solution to the import would be more ideal.
