Exclamation mark on preview of Storyline 2 file.

Hi Lindsay,

I took a look at your story file and could not find any exclamation mark when previewing it. Please attach a screenshot so that we can hopefully provide a solution.

Do you have flash installed?

Yes  I do. The strange thing is it was working on Friday and not this morning.

Hiya - So I updated my flash player form the link you sent. I actually re installed storyline 2 as well. After a few re boots I built out a new file. It worked fine yesterday and today when I opened it and continued working then previewed it the exclamation mark is back....can you think of any other ideas please?

I'm sorry to hear you're still running into this. You mentioned installing Flash player,and reinstalling Storyline - do you know what update of Storyline 2 you're using? You can check by going to the Help tab - About Articulate Storyline and you'll see the update number there. We're on Update 10 available here.  You'll also want to confirm you're working on local project files as described here.  Is Preview the only element not working? Have you tried any other functionality like Publish?
